"Out of 10 people asked, zero had any clue where the fast pass entrance was. Not one of the staff knew where it was. So we waited in the regular line. Turns out fast pass was way on the other end. Nobody was happy about that. 5$ to check a bag that we would have left in the car. There were girls ditching purses because the line was a joke. The website says you can bring a bag 12x12x6. That is false and needs to be updated. Not one staff member knew where to get the blanket. Live Nation was wack, Chicago - The Band was awesome!! Get a sign directing premium Parker鈥檚 to the fast pass. Just say no bags allowed, that easy. Train the staff better. So, Live Nation got us for an additional 40$ in charges that I was not able to use. Joke."
